By day light, the sculpture bears the colors of Jerusalem, in a palate of Earth tones created by Jerusalem Stone, 18-karat Gold, and a visual mosaic of florets made of Gold, Diamonds and Emeralds.

Under ultraviolet light, one can imagine the spiritual elevation of the Night Journey to Heaven, with the night stars guiding the Prophet Muhammad, peace be unto him, toward his encounter with Allah. The fluorescent glow of white stars and blue crescent moon produced by the diamonds under UV light is purely natural, though highly rare, contributing to the exceptional individuality of this exquisite work of faith, art and jeweled ornamentation.
